During this time the property has been vacant for only three weeks despite the world problems that we have all had to endure. In fact, Hardings found new quality tenants for the property within one week of the COVID explosion in 2020. Hardings have also overseen two major high quality remodelling projects on my property whish has resulted in the ease of letting as discussed and rental price by upgrading a 1991 build to complete with new builds of the last five years. The staff have been excellent and consistent over the years even with inevitable changes in that time.
